Tossed Between Her Defiant Mates By Alexis Dee
Chapter 18 Aggressive!
“Are we going to get access or not?” Bellamy muttered under his breath.
“Why do you want access to the royal lockers? They contain confidential information about everything, including pack security,” I realized I needed to provide them with a valid reason, despite being upset with them. We would still have to coexist under the same roof if we dealt with matters much more sensibly.
“And we’re going to steal that information?” Wolvin slammed his h*and on the table, feeling judged.
I won’t lie; his outburst scared me. His shoulders were hunched over, making him appear even more imposing as he glared at me through his eyebrows. “You know what? Have a good day. I’m done with my breakfast,” I gave up. Arguing with them would only lead me nowhere.

Though their eyes continued to watch and judge me, I stormed off to my room, consumed by anger.
“A*ssholes!” I grunted and sank onto the bed, shaking my h*ead in anger and frustration every two seconds. None of them bothered to check on me, but I could sense they held a meeting in the living room for the next five hours without taking any breaks. It infuriated me and left me wondering about their next moves. When they eventually returned to the bedroom, their demeanor had noticeably changed from how they had been acting toward me earlier.
“You guys are upset because I–,” I wanted to argue and make them understand how wrong their actions were and how it affected my perception of them.
“Please, just shut the f*uck up,” Caspian muttered. “You’re so enthusiastic when it comes to being i*ntimate with us, but the moment we express our desires, you act all helpless.”
“As if you’re innocent. You started this, making me believe you were genuinely interested in me,” I couldn’t contain my anger and rose to my feet to face Caspian.
“Huh! Listen to her argue with us. She’s clearly riding high, thinking she’s the Alpha King’s daughter, entitled to do whatever she wants,” Bellamy argued, pacing around anxiously.
“And you’re no better. You have the biggest Alpha ego and have the nerve to call me a brat. Do you want to know who the real brat is here?” As I shouted, Bellamy pushed Caspian aside, stepping forward to confront me face- to-face.
He nodded, intimidating me into saying it.
“You! You told me you would leave your girlfriend for me. I’m assuming it was all a lie then,” I muttered, keeping my eyes fixed on his face as he scoffed.
“Huh! I wouldn’t leave an illness for someone like you,” Bellamy’s sarcastic laughter silenced me. It hit me, as they stared at my face, that they had used me last night.
They had said all the sweet things and taken all the right actions to make me feel special.
“You played me,” I uttered, my l*ips quivering. I tried to remain confident and strong, but there’s only so much one can endure.
“Awww, as always, when s*eduction didn’t work, now she’s going to cry,” Caspian pouted, mocking me in a babyish tone as he hunched over me, attempting to insult me.
“I didn’t s*educe any of you,” I whispered in a broken voice, and the moment a tear rolled down my cheek, they started complaining.
“Ugh! What a crybaby,” Bellamy hissed, rolling his eyes.
“Leave her be. If she doesn’t want to grant access, let it go,” Wolvin spoke up, grabbing his bag from the corner and hoisting it onto his shoulders as if he planned to go hunting.
“Yeah, let’s go out,” Emre agreed with him.
“Where are you guys going?” Since they were behaving like middle schoolers and refusing to speak to me, I asked them myself.
The storm was approaching, and I didn’t want to be left all alone. It was honestly so difficult for me to avoid everything and still communicate with them. But they were so cold-hearted. “We’re going out hunting to enjoy the company of strong wolves. Unlike someone here who has nothing worth worshipping, yet she holds power over us in some way because of her dear daddy,” Emre groaned, mocking me for not having a worthy wolf.
“Don’t you feel like you’re picking a fight with the wrong person? I haven’t done anything. You made deals with my father, so go ask him about all these matters,” I said, standing tall and hoping that at least one of them would use their intelligence rather than their egos to comprehend the situation.
“Brave of you to assume that we’re fighting with you,” Caspian mocked, approaching me to lock eyes. “The day we actually start fighting with you, you’ll find yourself in a miserable state, you bratty princess,” he hissed. It didn’t surprise me, as I was well aware of my vulnerable position, but hearing it aloud from him after last night stung.
“Listen, once my dad allows me to meet him, I’ll discuss this whole issue with him. Why can’t we live as good friends under this roof?” I quickly stepped away from Caspian and positioned myself between the four of them.
A forced smile adorned my l*ips as I suggested that we shouldn’t be arguing with each other. I was only eighteen, with a few years ah*ead of me until I turned twenty-three. I didn’t want to spend these years with bitter, unpredictable, and powerful wolves.
So, I decided to play nice until I found a way to save myself.
Not to mention, the sweet memories from last night were starting to turn bitter.
“Friends with you?” Emre repeated my words before they all burst into laughter. Every fibre of my being felt betrayed and ridiculed.
“We’re alphas, warriors, and hunters here. Why would we befriend a wolfless creature like you?” Wolvin looked the most disgusted by the suggestion. His ego compelled him to reveal his fascination with knives.
He was perhaps a hunter of monsters, which explained why it was so effortless for him to defeat a monster and win the contest to marry me.
The way they looked my way, I realized none of them liked me.
