The Alpha’s Exclusive Stripper by Selena Madrid
Chapter 12
“HER name is Priscilla Wilson.”
Trevor said that one line as if that was all his pack needed to know about me and it was crazy but they seemed to understand. I didn’t know if it was my eyes playing tricks on me or the atmosphere around us really shifted. They lowered their heads as a greeting to their alpha before turning to me again.
This time, there were knowing smiles curving their l*ips.
Dean and the others joined the members and fell in line.

“Welcome to the Crimson Moon pack, Priscilla,” they said altogether.
Suddenly, Spencer’s question when we were in the hospital popped in my head. The pack members spoke my name with such familiarity as if they had known me for a long time which was… frightening. Besides, I could swear we hadn’t crossed paths before this day. I did see a few of Trevor’s pack members in Oblivion and on the helipad although this was my first time seeing all of them at once.
This didn’t make sense to me. But then again, nothing in my life had ever made sense.
I was desperate to keep my voice steady despite my racing pulse when I lied and answered, “Thank you. It’s… an honor to meet all of you.”
The men and women of the notorious pack were wearing white and blue long-sleeved and p*ants as if they were all posing for a magazine shoot. With their physical attributes, they looked more like actors and actresses rather than the brutal wolves they were known for.
At first glance, no one would have guessed that these people could take down the world if they wanted to. Especially their alpha.
But I know better than to be fooled.
All of the customers in Oblivion were just as gorgeous, even Maverick Spencer himself. Every night, I was practically surrounded by hordes of hunks who treated themselves like they were the heavens’ gift to women. After constantly seeing people with bodies and faces like them, I felt immune to them by now.
That was what I thought until I saw Trevor again.
It would have been easier to treat him like the other alphas if only he wasn’t this devastatingly attractive, if only he wasn’t bringing an enormous chaos in my heart, in my world, and in my whole life.
I slid my gaze back to Trevor and there he was, already looking at me. He stalked over me and hooked his arm around my waist, pressing his h*ard frame against my curves. He was so close that our breaths were mingling, the tips of our noses were t*ouching. My blood stirred as heat washed over my skin. He g*roaned like he could tell what he was doing to me. The carnal heat in his eyes was back.
And when he leaned closer that I thought he would k*iss me, my c*hest pounded. I closed my eyes but all of a sudden, I felt his teeth sinking into the side of my n*eck.
Trevor bit me. H*ard.
My eyes widened as pain spread from my n*eck to different parts of my b*ody. For a while, I couldn’t move. It was just one bite but my whole b*ody had already felt so numb that I couldn’t even lift a f*inger until I felt Trevor l*ick the bite mark that he left on my n*eck. The pain eased away a little. Still, all my limbs have gone limp. If it wasn’t for his arm supporting me, I would have dropped on the ground.
When Trevor finally moved away from my n*eck, blood was still dripping from his m*outh. He wiped it with the back of his h*and and carried me in his arms before striding inside the mansion. The sea of werewolves parted to give him way. None of them reacted to what their alpha did like it was the most natural thing to do.
What was that? A hazing or something?
There was a blonde and tall woman who followed us although she was a meter apart from us. She looked like she was in her late thirties. She was quiet but when our eyes met, she smiled. And I forced myself to smile in return.
“I will take you to the room you will be occupying from now on. Is there something you would like to eat? I will tell the Chef to prepare it.”
I shook my head. “Thank you but I don’t feel like eating. I just want to take a rest for now, alpha.”
He nodded.
Eating was the last thing I wanted to do. The image of the dead birds was still fresh in my memories. If I try taking a bite of anything, I was worried I might end up making a mess of myself again in front of all those predators.
I took my time scanning the area. I stared at the high ceilings, the crystal ch*andeliers, and the sweeping staircase. Gold and marble adorned the entire mansion. It felt like a maze with its many hallways and rooms. I was thankful when I saw the elevator. Otherwise, I wouldn’t know how I could survive the staircase which never seemed to end.
The elevator didn’t seem to suit the place and when the blonde woman caught me looking at it, an amused smile curved her l*ips as if she was remembering a fond memory. None of the people here needed the elevator. With their capabilities, they could either walk or run thousands of miles just fine without sweating. Unlike me. They could even do it quickly. Or they could just gracefully leap from one floor to another.
Elevators were for humans. Maybe they constantly bring humans here?
I didn’t want to question why there was a tiny part of me that didn’t like the idea of it.
Trevor, the blonde woman, and I got through the glass elevator. We stopped on the fourth floor and he marched down the hallway until we reached the first
room. The stranger opened the door for us. She turned on the lights through a remote and I was greeted by the grandest and loveliest room I had ever laid eyes on.
The wallpaper, the sheets, the pillows, and the curtains were all lavender, my favorite color.
Trevor carefully put me on the bed. I almost closed my eyes when I felt how soft it was. Me being in this room didn’t feel real.
“This will be your room. If there’s something you want to change here, feel free to tell Mariz,” he said as he glanced at the blonde behind us. “I have a meeting in thirty minutes. If you have questions, I will leave Mariz here with you. You can tour the house with her once you feel better. You can also tell her if you feel like eating. She will have your meal delivered here. I will see you after the meeting. We will discuss whatever needs to be discussed by then.”
Before I knew it, I grabbed Trevor’s h*and on instinct when I felt him about to move away. His b*ody tensed as if he wasn’t expecting it.
My face had turned red. I bit my lower l*ip.
“Should I stay?”
I shook my head and released his h*and. “No. I don’t know why I grabbed you like that. I’m sorry. You can’t cancel another meeting because of me again. I’ve bothered you enough.”
“You will be safe here… in case that’s what you’re worried about.”
I nodded.
Trevor gave me one last lingering look before he left me with Mariz. I subconsciously held the part of my n*eck where the alpha bit me. There were hundreds of people in this mansion and I didn’t feel safe, especially when I felt him disappear. I didn’t know why but something inside me had felt it.
“Do you need anything, Priscilla?” Mariz asked softly. “Just say it. And I will give it to you.”
All these wolves were treating me so nicely and I felt like I was waiting for the time they dropped the bomb and showed me who they really were. These gestures, this mansion, this room, they were only making me feel more uncomfortable.
What was their game? I should know the rules at least before I could play too.
“A drink,” I said instead. “A very strong one. That’s what I need. Can I please have it?”
“Of course.” Mariz’s brows furrowed but then she nodded. “I will bring our strongest liquor in a minute. Please wait here.”
But before she could walk out the door, I found myself asking, “Are you all this kind to every human who comes here?”
“You are the first human to ever step foot in this place, Priscilla.” Mariz cleared her throat. “Actually, you are the first woman Alpha Trevor has brought here. And we were told that you would also be the last.”
When I did not respond, Mariz stared at me and said, “You don’t believe me, do you?”
I looked away. There was no sense lying to her. I felt like she would know if I did.
“If you don’t want to answer that, then can I try asking a different question?”
I turned to her.
“You are not a human, are you? You don’t have the scent of a human. Who are you, Priscilla?”
I stiffened.
