Sharing Beatrice A Luna To Her Stepbrothers by Alexis Dee Book 2

Chapter 527 Stole My Seer (Zane Spade)

I jumped out of the window and sprinted like a madman. Things were off. It didn’t make sense. She was not supposed to break free from the compulsion.

‘She wasn’t going to kill us,’ I commented while running into the woods to hide for some time. I needed to transition in order to heal. The wounds she gave me were hurting pretty bad. It was around this time that I realized how strong her dragon is and how deadly her claws and bite could be.

Once I hid in the deep woods, I closed my eyes to catch my breath.

‘Zey! She wasn’t going to hurt us,’ I had to keep reminding him before he falls into depression. I have noticed the shift in him. He was deeply disturbed by the fact that she attacked us.

‘I had never seen so much hatred in her eyes before. There is no way she didn’t mean to end you right then and there,’ Zey commented, and I let out a grunt. This is what I was afraid of. I feared he would take it wrong.

‘That was because of the things we were saying,’ I reminded him of the s*ex toys.

‘But we were not going to do it. We were just testing her patience and making her realize how suffocated it feels to be suffocated. We were once suffocated in our body, but it was only after we accepted the darkness that we felt free and victorious,’ Zey knew what he was talking about. But Beatrice had no clue. She might have thought I was going to do it.

‘She saw all that stuff and was certain we would do it. That’s why she was so angry. There is no way she could have read our mind and realize we were just bluffing,’ I refused to believe she hated us. Zey had no idea how much love Beatrice and I had for each other back when we were dating.

‘You can lie to yourself, but I refused to act like a fool. She is never going to accept us. I have told you, we shouldn’t take it that far. Controlling her was a bad idea,’ Zey began to argue and put all the blame on me. What he didn’t remember was the fact that he was so happy when we were able to call her home.

I did make those videos with her and would cut them off at a certain point where it seemed like we were doing stuff, but in reality, I just sat there and watched her for hours.

Those days were the best. Why did it all end? Once I was done thinking about whether she would accept me or not ever again, my mind went to Huia. ‘That bitch. What did she do wrong?’ I grunted, getting on my feet and taking off my clothes to quickly transition. ‘I thought you had the best seer,’ Zey mocked. I understand he was angry and I assumed we would be bickering a lot after losing Beatrice, but right now was not the time.

‘I must go there and see what is going on. She better not be f*ucking relaxing while ruining everything,’ I hissed, and let Zey take over. As my body enlarged,

I knew I had a long way to go.

I began to sprint to the destination of home. All this time, I couldn’t stop recalling the way Beatrice wanted to hurt me. It was going to stick with me forever.

At the same time, I was worried about why Huia stopped the magic. Does that mean Shiloh also returned to her natural state? If everybody grew out of the compulsion, they will expose us and we will face a big issue. War is not an issue. As long as I am there to guide my people, I know they can do well. And with the help of the white dagger and Huia’s magic, we are invisible almost.

Now the main issue was, why the hell did the magic wear off?

It’s been days that I ran and only stopped whenever I was in the deep woods. My body was hurting but it wasn’t still too bad. See! There are perks to being a Man from the hell.

Although I was returning home with failure, was still optimistic that the curse we were planning for them would work in our favor.

Once I arrived at the Vortex, I transitioned back into my human form and watched a member of my hell spot me in the woods.

“My lord!” he rushed over with pants and a shirt for me. The way he was agitatedly waiting for me to finish getting dressed, I felt something was wrong. The entire energy of the vortex was also different. The place seemed less negative.

It was as if there was no one living there. At least no one from my people. “What is going on?” I asked him, fixing my collars and looking extremely mad. Huia had no idea what was coming for her. All the days that I took to arrive, I planned to make her suffer before giving her a chance to prove herself worthy of a respectful place in my hell. “There has been a problem—,” the young boy addressed while gulping and anxiously playing with his fingers.

“What problem?” I inquired, but kept pacing towards my home near the mountains.

He didn’t say anything and let me enter the land to see everything for myself. My steps halted when I watched the piles of dead werewolves all around the land.

“What is this?” I yelled, feeling my throat getting dry. A handful of my people were standing on the side with their heads down and their bodies showing remorse.

“Where the f*uck is Huia?” I screamed at them, slowly getting to the realization that she didn’t just stop doing the magic. Somebody stopped her. The man pointed at her tiny house on the side and I sprinted my way to the house to find it covered in red.

Her body was nailed to the wall with the words written on the side, “The war has begun.”
