The Alpha’s Exclusive Stripper by Selena Madrid
Chapter 95 (Trevor)
“I DIDN’T want you to see these as much as possible but I discovered something very important from the footage,” Jeremy said after I sat in front of him in his office.
Priscilla canceled all of her afternoon appointments so the two of us could sit down and talk. But her father personally contacted me all of a sudden. There was something in his voice that made me choose to go right away.
It was dread.
And that was the last thing I wanted to hear, especially from Priscilla’s father.

The sadness I saw in her eyes crossed my mind again. I needed to leave. I needed to hurry and come back to her. But first, I must deal with whatever it was that scared even the most powerful vampire in this kingdom.
Anything related to Priscilla will always be an emergency to me.
Jeremy clicked the remote control and the wide screen in his office lit up. Seconds later and it showed footage of Priscilla running towards the border all by herself in the middle of the night.
Jeremy sighed. “My daughter tried coming back to you several times, Trevor. I heard her confess it while I was still in a coma. She said she only wanted to take a look at you again even from afar. But as you can see, despite her blood as a tribrid, she never succeeded. She trained and strengthened her mana but she still failed and ever since I woke up, I had always wondered why because other mages could pass through just fine but not my daughter.”
I could not speak.
I just watched how tears streamed down Priscilla’s face as she performed all kinds of spells to cross the borders, how she stood there standing for several hours every night. Some nights, she got rained on but it didn’t seem to matter as she tried diligently only to end up dropping herself on the ground while calling out my name as she apologized over and over again.
There was another footage which happened just recently. It was during the time when my pack and I were already in this kingdom. She tried crossing the borders again but each time, it was like she was being blocked by something.
“I thought she didn’t try coming back to me,” I whispered. “I thought she was determined to forget me. I thought that if I didn’t come here, there is no way I would get to see her again.”
‘‘On the contrary, she was determined to remember you every day. My daughter even hung your life-sized photo in the middle of her room. Photos of you together are also scattered in different parts of her quarters. Seeing all that drove me to make a decision regarding the Phoenix because it seems like Priscilla has become trapped in this kingdom.”
Silence filled the room as I continued to watch Priscilla on the screen but after some time, my eyes narrowed. I grabbed the remote control on the center table to rewind the footage.
There were butterflies in every footage. And in the last one, there was a shadow standing behind her although she didn’t seem aware of it.
“That’s exactly what I want to discuss with you,” Jeremy said. “I just saw that this afternoon. And these, too. The cleaner who was assigned in her quarters showed this to the butler. Thankfully, my daughter hasn’t seen it yet.”
The next thing he showed me were photos.
‘It’s done, butterfly. Everything is settled now. The castle where we will build our family and the cage where I will put you in are now ready. The only thing missing is you. Are you ready for me? I’ll be coming over to pick you up soon.’
Those words were written on the walls.
My jaw clenched.
Jeremy looked like he was about to say something more but we were interrupted by a knock on the door. It was Addison carrying a tray of our drinks.
“Why are you the one doing that?” The King asked.
“I was bored, your majesty, so I decided to help around the kitchen today,” she said while distributing our coffee on the table.
Jeremy frowned but did not comment anymore. He shifted his gaze back to me. “Priscilla has read some of his letters. He has been sending them over twice a
week. But I never got to see any of them. She’s been burning them. Back then, there was someone who used to call Calliope ‘butterfly’ as well. And he used to write to my wife the exact same way.”
“Butterfly?” Addison reacted. “Is that a famous endearment? My adopted son Trent also loved calling Priscilla his butterfly behind her back.” She shook her head. “He’s so into her that he even asked me to keep the endearment a secret.” After a while, her eyes widened. She covered her m*outh. “Please forgive me for interrupting your conversation, your majesty.”
Jeremy and I glanced at each other. Both of us were about to sip from our coffee but we put the cup down the minute we heard Addison’s statement.
“It’s okay. I remember you telling me about Trent when I was in a coma. Do you have any photos of him with you?”
Addison now looked relieved. “Of course, I have, your majesty. It was just one picture, though. Trent never really liked having his photograph taken but when Priscilla requested it, he gave in.”
Still smiling upon the memory, Addison took her phone from her pocket and clicked on the screen a few times before h*anding the phone to the king.
“Here it is, your majesty. This was taken during Christmas in our realm. Didn’t we all look great in there?” she bragged.
Jeremy did not return her smile. Upon seeing the photo, I saw how his face had turned pale. He gave it to me so I could also have a look.
Priscilla was sitting between Addison and a guy named Trent. All three of them were smiling in the photo. But only two were looking at the camera because Trent was staring at Priscilla.
“It’s him! He was the same man who threatened my wife as well!’’ Jeremy blurted out. His voice shook a little. “But why is this happening? That bastard is supposed to be dead!”
Addison gasped.
“Please explain clearly, your majesty,” I answered. “Who is this man?”
“His name was Cameron Farris. He was one of Calliope’s mates. He was a mage and I killed him myself!”
