Tossed Between Her Defiant Mates By Alexis Dee

Chapter 19 The Gifts For His Arrogant Son-In-Laws

“Why is it so difficult for all of you to comprehend that I am not just a contracted wife to any of you. I am mates with all three of you,” as soon as I said that, they were left stunned and speechless for a few seconds.

“When did you feel a mate bond with the other two, and who are they?” Bellamy rushed to face me, displaying anger towards something he hadn’t even discussed until now.

“She felt it with me last night,” Emre raised his h*and, and everyone turned their attention to him, wearing a peculiar expression.

“Me too,” Caspian groaned, slapping his foreh*ead.

“So, just like everything else, I’m excluded?” Wolvin asked, shrugging his shoulders. “Not that I’m complaining. I’m relieved I didn’t end up with a mate like her. That would be too devastating,” he added, surprising me with his unexpected openness. “So, how do you guys feel about being mated to the weakest one out there? Does that make you realize that you’re not the chosen ones meant to be with the most powerful she-wolf?” Wolvin wore a peculiar expression on his face.

Their discussion extended beyond just the Royal lockers. They were engaged in more than that. The secrets they held made me wonder if I needed to be vigilant and keep an eye on these men who were here for purposes other than just taking care of me for money.

“Good luck taking care of this mess,” he muttered before putting on a black jacket, tying his hair in a man bun, and grabbing a black leather bag to h*ead out for the hunt.

Silence prevailed until Caspian grunted, “We ended up with a w*hore as our mate.”

His comment hit me like a sharp slap across the face.

“She was fooling around with both of us last night, at the same time,”

Caspian complained, causing my vision to blur as tears welled up.

“She k*issed me and made out with me right after she was finished with you two,” Emre mumbled with a sarcastic grin.

“Why would the Moon Goddess give us someone who feels a mate bond with everyone?” Caspian hyperventilated loudly, throwing a tantrum. So, their excitement and happiness about the mate bond with me were all just an act?

They were so consumed by anger that, despite feeling offended, I couldn’t find the strength to raise my voice. I simply wanted them to leave me alone for a while.

I could have argued, but instead, I silently stared at them. Before they could initiate another argument, the doorbell rang, diverting their attention away from me. They all rushed out as if they knew who was at the door.

I didn’t know how to react to all of this. I felt ashamed and furious, so angry that I wanted to punish them all.

“So, I’m a brat, huh?” I scoffed, slowly being consumed by memories from my childhood.

It didn’t take long for them to snap me back to reality when I heard Wolvin calling my name.

“Princess Genevieve, look who’s here for you,” the frustration in his voice indicated his displeasure at being unable to leave.

As I walked out of the room, I saw my mates gathered around none other than the Royal beta of our pack. “Percy Karson?” I frowned, hurrying over to him and glancing behind him. “Daddy didn’t come?” I asked, and my mates began to snicker.

“She calls him daddy, such a typical brat beh-” Caspian stopped speaking when I turned around and gave him a glare.

He looked away, attempting to hide his smile, while I refocused my attention on Percy.

“No, but he sent gifts for his sons-in- law and has invited all of you for a fancy celebration dinner next Sunday night,” Percy said, his green eyes scanning my mates before quickly returning to me.

“Hm! I now understand why you couldn’t accept me,” his whispered remark made me gulp, and I glanced around to see if my mates had heard him.

“Ehm!” I cleared my throat, trying to dispel the awkwardness, and stepped back from him.

Percy and I had grown up together. We used to be close friends until I befriended Alpha Ray. He didn’t appreciate the bond between Percy and me. So, after some manipulation, he made me sever ties with Percy.

However, it wasn’t solely his doing. The moment Percy snuck into my room to confess his feelings, I realized how aggressive he could be.

He refused to take no for an answer. It was necessary for me to ensure that he never did that to me again, so I cut ties with him.

“So, what are all these things?” Bellamy questioned, peering into the gift boxes. They were acting as if they hadn’t insulted me in the room.

“Lord Bernard sent these gifts for his sons-in-law. The blue ones are for Alpha Bellamy, the green ones for Alpha Caspian, and the black ones for warrior Gamma Emre,” Percy explained, pointing at the large gift boxes.

The three of them began tearing into the packages to see what was inside. “Where are Wolvin’s gifts?” I asked, looking around but finding nothing.

“Why would he receive any gifts? He’s lucky that a poor rogue like him got to mate with the princess,” Percy rolled his eyes and scoffed at the mention of Wolvin.

I was stunned by his attitude towards Wolvin, who noticed the disrespect and tensed up.

“Who did you call poor?” Wolvin grunted, narrowing his eyes at Percy and causing him to falter with just one glare.

“Wolvin, ignore him. Don’t let it bother you-I will—” I turned to place my h*ands on his chest, attempting to calm him down, but he suddenly slapped my h*ands away and stepped back from me, showing no gratitude for my support despite everything they had done to me.

“I don’t need your father’s gifts or your gifts,” he muttered, likely offended by the lack of respect my dad had shown him compared to the others.

As he walked past everyone and left the house, I noticed Percy looking at me.

“These are perfectly fine. I was expecting something grand,” Caspian frowned, tossing the new phone back into the box along with the other items.

“By the way, your father is really in the wrong for treating Wolvin like this,” Bellamy commented. These men were always trying to provoke a fight.

I just couldn’t comprehend them. One minute they were sweet, and the next they were making strange comments. “I’ll go after him,” Emre suggested, sprinting out of the house.

Bellamy and Caspian headed to the kitchen, leaving me.

“This is who you’re mated to? He freaking left a mark on your h*and, and you didn’t say a word to him?” Percy hissed, grunting as he stared at my red h*and.
