Tossed Between Her Defiant Mates By Alexis Dee Chapter 32

Tossed Between Her Defiant Mates By Alexis Dee

Chapter 32 Caught And Tossed Around. (Genevieve Swan)

“No, thank you. I’ll just go back home now,” I gave her an awkward smile and decided to stand up when she began pacing even faster to approach me.

“Um, I said no, thank you,” I was so creeped out by her that I took a few steps back instead of turning away. I couldn’t shake the feeling that she would grab hold of me if I turned my back on her.

“Come to my house. I want to serve the princess myself,” she smiled creepily once again, lunging at me in an attempt to grab my h*and when I quickly shrugged myself away and pulled the dagger out of my p*ants.

“Stand back!” I warned her, shaking miserably while pointing it in her direction.

She looked almost shocked that I had done that. Her h*and flew to her chest, her l*ips parted, and her breath accelerated.

“Why would you threaten your people? I am someone who loves you and who wants to take care of you,” she hissed, her eyes showing a hint of dirty golden color.

She was letting her wolf take over. Not only did it surprise me, but it also spooked me.

“Please stand back. I don’t mean any harm. I just want to l-leave, okay?” I stammered uncontrollably. My posture shook as I warned her not to come any closer. But everytime I told her that I didn’t want to go with her, she not only freaked out but also looked offended.

“You’re going to kill me with that?” she then looked at the dagger and frowned. “Why would you carry such a scary thing for me?” She shook her h*ead, tears forming in her eyes.

“Ah! You inherited it from your bastard father, didn’t you?” And there it was, her hatred for my father. It became apparent that she wanted to take me home to take her anger out on me.

I could no longer stand there and listen to her. So, I turned around to leave when I felt something hit me in the back.

A trail of warm liquid ran down my spine, and pain shot through my body. I instantly dropped to my knees. Being a human in a world full of werewolves was messy.

Once I was on the ground, she stepped in front of me and smirked.

“Let’s serve the princess, shall we?” She tilted her h*ead and grinned, her eyes looking crazed. She bent down to grab a fistful of my hair and barely yanked me up to my feet when someone came into view.

“Let her go,” it was a young girl in her early twenties, wearing the same type of clothes as the old lady.

“Do you know who she is? I found the princess,” the old lady announced excitedly.

“Mom, please, no!” the girl yelled, trying to free my hair from her mother’s grasp. I desperately wanted to know what was hurting so badly on my back.

The blue-eyed girl looked at me with a sad expression on her face before attempting to restrain her mother once again.

“What have you done to her?” She panicked when she noticed me trembling and repeatedly falling down. The fear of what might be on my back was causing me to lose control. I could tell the old lady also possessed a powerful wolf.

“Let her go before her guards come and tear us apart,” the girl finally freed me and pulled her mother away. “Run away and don’t come back here. Please!” The urgency in her tone stemmed from the fear that I would return with my guards to punish the old hag for hurting me. “You are nothing like your mother. She was kind and loving—you are just like your father,” I heard the old lady call after me as I briskly ran away. My steps receded for a few seconds.

I turned around and watched her being dragged away by the girl with curly red hair.

“Mom, stop,” she hissed, hurriedly taking her out of my sight.

“Ah! What a lovely queen she was! How dare you to accept her murderers, you spoiled piece of s*hit!” she yelled again, causing my body to go numb.

Her murderers? But my mother died of an illness.

“We should have punished this b*itch, Abigail. Why did you free her?” Then she began yelling at her daughter.

I was too scared to go back and speak to her or ask her how much she knew about my mother. Why did she say I accepted her murderers?

I managed to run away from there and took a break once I was on the road. The chances of getting caught by someone here were high. I just wanted to stay out until Sunday passed so that my sc*ummy mates could face my father’s wrath.

I reached back and grabbed what had been thrown at me. It was a damn injection with a big needle.

“Ouch!” I groaned, sitting down and staring at it. She really thought wolfbane would knock me out-jokes on her. I don’t even have a wolf, so that wolfbane was like injecting water into me. I guess I got too scared when the needle pricked my skin, and that panic caused me to collapse at the moment.

I got up and turned around, only to come face-to-face with a furious expression on his face.

“Wolvin!” I gasped, stepping back and bumping into another solid chest. I didn’t need to look back to know it was Emre.

They had all come to collect me, and from the looks of it, they were beyond angry.

I had gotten myself into such a terrible situation, all for what? To be caught by them and even anger them?

I took a step back, bumping into Emre as I faced Wolvin, fully aware of the consequences.

“You took something from me,” Wolvin’s clenched jaw and grunts sent shivers down my spine, rendering my body numb. I regretted having taken his dagger.

Those weapons were like his babies, and I had stolen one from him.

“Let’s go,” Emre grasped my arm and started dragging me towards the car while I protested. Caspian lunged forward and carried me from the back as he watched me fight Emre. Once I was swept off my feet, he threw me into the back seat, where Bellamy was already in the driver’s seat.

Caspian and Emre got in on either side of me, while Wolvin took the passenger seat, thankfully.

“You messed up big time, crybaby,” Emre hissed as the car engine started.
