Chapter 81 Forcing Me (Genevieve Swan)

“Sorry, what?” Bellamy lifted his head and directed his gaze towards them.

Emre and Caspian were positioned across from us, sporting stern expressions, while Wolvin kept his head lowered, idly toying with a rock using his foot.

“We also want to spend time with her,” Caspian grumbled once more, taken aback by Bellamy’s quizzical stare as though he were completely unaware of the subject he was discussing.

“I already informed you all that when she’s in my pack, she belongs to me exclusively,” Bellamy shrugged. As the two of them locked their gazes onto him, they seemed to disconnect briefly before they initiated steps in our direction. Bellamy had to distance himself from me due to the unsettling expressions they directed our way.

Evidently, there was something that had displeased them.

“Alright, if that’s the situation, when do we plan on returning home?” Emre inquired, coming to a halt directly before us. Although Wolvin hadn’t joined their approach, I was confident he could hear them perfectly well given the volume of their conversation.

“Given that we’re already here, it might be a good idea to remain for about a week,” Bellamy proposed, directing his gaze towards me, seemingly seeking my approval.

“I’m completely fine with that,” I responded, not overanalyzing the situation. However, the moment Caspian caught wind of my response and let out a derisive sound, I came to realize that there was evidently something they had picked up on that had escaped my attention.

“So you are telling me that she will stay here until the full moon passes. Is this your amazing way to keep her here and have your first time with her because according to you, when she is in your pack, she is all yours,” Caspian hissed, his usually soft and gentle tone absent. It was as though the unwelcome news had arrived unexpectedly early. I had just been discussing the likelihood of objections from the others with him, and now, it seemed that the very scenario was unfolding.

“Of course, I’ll have my way with her first. And I don’t even need to be present in my pack for that. No matter where she is, she’ll experience it with me first,” Bellamy announced confidently, prompting the others to exchange glances before redirecting their attention towards me. Instantly, I adjusted my posture because I knew they were about to challenge me for being unjust.

“And you’re actually accepting this?” Caspian grumbled, his eyes conveying a cautionary message, urging me not to make a misguided choice.

“Well, he’s the one who expressed— the desire to be the first,” I stammered, my nerves causing a gulp in my t*hroat. As I began to speak, their gazes sharpened, focusing intently on my face.

“You can’t be serious,” Emre whispered, shaking his head in disbelief.

“Guys, I really don’t want to get involved in this. You all decide and then inform me,” I asserted firmly. I couldn’t fathom why I was being pulled into the middle of this mess. They were the ones obsessing over who would go first, as if that was their sole concern.

“Because, ultimately, it’s your decision that matters. We can’t proceed without your consent. Therefore, tell us, which one of us would you allow to be your first?” Caspian obstructed my path as I attempted to walk past them.

I felt overwhelmed, as if I were suddenly under a spotlight. I gazed at each of them, hoping that at least one would step forward to defuse the situation temporarily.

“I can’t—decide,” I stammered, my voice shaky.

“Why not? Would you prefer us to fight and come to harm over it? Just make a damn decision and let us know,”

Bellamy grumbled, his tone changing from his earlier conviction that we would do exceptionally well for the first time.

“I genuinely don’t know,” I murmured, my anxiety intensifying. I took a step back from them, feeling their collective gaze fixated on me, making me incredibly uncomfortable.

“Just so you’re aware, you can’t try to be clever about this. You have to choose one for that day,” Emre exhaled, arching his eyebrow.

I wasn’t attempting to be clever. And why on earth was my virginity being treated as such a monumental matter?

I was beginning to feel profoundly disrespected, yet I maintained my silence for the moment.

“If I select one of you, the others might feel hurt,” I thought maybe that explanation would be sufficient to dissuade them from pressuring me.

Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

“Simply tell us who you want to be your first,” Bellamy moaned, his tone demanding that I provide them with a name.

They now encircled me like ravenous predators, causing me to bite the inside of my cheeks as I struggled to come to a decision. None of these three had demonstrated genuine love for me, making it nearly impossible to choose. “I—” I faltered, fidgeting with my fingers.

“Just so you’re aware, I’d be upset. I can’t speak for the others, but personally, I wouldn’t like being chosen second,” Caspian interjected abruptly, forestalling any potential response from me. I hadn’t even intended to mention anyone’s name, but now, thanks to him, even if I wanted to, it seemed impossible.

“Agreed. Second doesn’t sit well with me either,” Emre swiftly added. “Count me in on that too,” Bellamy hissed, his narrowed eyes leaving no room for misinterpretation, signaling his displeasure.

Fantastic! Now, all three of them were perturbed, awaiting my decision, while making it abundantly clear that whoever I didn’t pick would be greatly dissatisfied with me.

“I can’t make a decision like this,” I mumbled under my breath, refusing to yield to their pressure. If this was their approach, I’d rather die a virgin. If they were going to conduct themselves this way, I wasn’t inclined to answer them either.

The three of them fell into silence before devising a new approach. “You can’t just avoid the choice,” Caspian grumbled, his tone laced with anger directed at me.

“I thought we shared a connection, but I guess I’m just like any of the others,” Bellamy intervened, his tone conveying clear disappointment over my failure to mention his name.

“If I’m put on the same level as those two, no offense, then I suppose I hold no significance to you,” Emre, offering an oddly phrased comment that visibly irritated the others, huffed and started walking away. He made it unmistakably evident that he was profoundly let down by my indecision.
